• Performed minor maintenance services, including gasket replacements, coolant flushes and tune-ups.Removed, replaced, balanced and rotated new or used tires to maintain on-road safetyCompleted repairs and maintenance to major vehicle models to meet safety specifications.Evaluated, repaired and aligned vehicle suspensions.Welded, soldered and fabricated parts to complete skilled services.

• Installed, adjusted, dismantled, reassembled and removed parts and equipment such as rollers, dies, printing plates and blankets.Collaborated with technicians to diagnose equipment breakdowns and address quality issues.Kept machines running at peak efficiency to meet demanding production targets.Examined completed pieces to check for defects and sorted items according to identified flaws.

• My main responsibilities as a Machine Operator were extensive but not limited to maintaining press functionality and keeping the product at peak quality.Constant maintenance was necessary to the injection press and other components involved in the process to which was solely the operators responsibility.

• My time at danners automotive was a huge learning experience for me.I learnt how to communicate with customers on a face to face basis.The responsibilities I was given included a lot of problem solving and executing intricate repairs.Was given more and more important jobs to complete with bigger risks of failure meaning big losses which I was able to complete with almost no profit loss due to unforeseen mechanical complications.In the end my experience at danners automotive helped me build many important skills needed to be an amazing employee that strives to cooperate with co- workers and customers alike.
