Corporal - Traffic Homicide Investigator

Respond, investigate, and reconstruct in it's entirety both criminal and non-criminal traffic related fatalities within Lee, Collier, and Hendry counties, Florida. This role expands upon that of a road patrol Trooper and consists of leadership and supervision of those on scene. Furthermore, this roll especially requires the ability to problem solve, make decisions, and the ability to show empathy and respect towards others.

I also had the opportunity of becoming a Field Training Officer (FTO) while on road patrol as a Florida State Trooper. This provided me with the opportunity to mentor my peers, so they too could acquire the skills and abilities needed to be safe and successful.

During my time at the Florida Highway Patrol Training Academy, I was the Basic Recruit Class (BRC) Supply Sergeant. I was responsible for issuing and maintaining records of all equipment. I was responsible for ensuring all equipment was kept organized and clean. I was also responsible for ensuring all recruits had their needed and proper equipment.
