- Responsible for the care and management of inmates located at the Benton County Corrections Center. Positions worked vary from solo direction supervision of open-bay and lock-down pods ranging from 30 to 60+ inmates, operating control booths to oversee 5-7 pods simultaneously, and working as a roving officer, assisting in managing several pods at once. Conduct professional interactions with both public and incarcerated individuals to ensure a fair and consistent experience. Utilize New World systems and LEFTA for incident reports, use of force reports, and booking and housing procedures. Assist with assaults, rule violations, law violations (in custody), etc. Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions along with continuing customer service and interactive skills.
