Performed cycle counts and inventory control to accurately track product levels, attached identifying tags to containers to mark with identifying shipping information. Kept storage areas organized, clean, and secure and transport inventory items to appropriate locations for shipment.

• Developed a course training schedule and supervised (391) students physical training activities as required and educated Marines on proper form and technique during workouts, reducing the risk of injury while maximizing results. Mentored, developed, and instructed (414) students over (360) hours in required periods of instructions to sustain high standards of professionalism by creating a learning environment, managing a classroom behavior, effectively establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules by upholding orders and regulations.

• Managed (2) maintenance shops to include training, records, reports, scheduling and ordering parts via Global Combat Support Systems (GCSS) and Oracle application. Maintained a total of 3,646,988.27 worth of engineer equipment by inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and testing electrical systems and rebuilding diesel engines; troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems; troubleshooting and rebuilding power train systems; troubleshooting, charging and recharging air conditioning systems, conducting inventories and completing repair order requests on (139) pieces of heavy equipment, (87) pieces of power distribution equipment and (36) pieces of Air Conditioning Units. These engineer equipment consists of: John Deere 624KR, Kalmar RT022 LCRTF, Caterpillar 244C, John Deere 850JR, John Deere D6K, Caterpillar 420E, Oshkosh EBFL, TEREX/Load king Engineer Equipment Trailer (EET), AMMPS Cummins 1030, 1040, 1050, 1060, 1070, 1080, MEP-813A MEP-831A, MEP-531A, SIXCON Storage Tank and Collapsible Coated-Fabric Fuel Drum.
• Trained to give basic life support, first aid and litter transportation as a mass casualty team leader and ensured that subordinates under my charge as Litter Teams consisting of (16) Marines were properly trained to respond to a mass casualty evacuation on board a U.S. Vessel having over (2,200) Marines and Sailors.
• Managed over (101,640) gallons of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POLs) maintaining accurate records for proper documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations improved safety standards by conducting thorough Hazmat inspections and identifying potential hazards and provided support during emergency situations involving hazmat releases or exposures, coordinating response efforts effectively.

• Provided support to lead mechanics working on Ford’s light, medium and heavy trucks by directly helping with repair and maintenance related tasks.
