Jovana Todorovski

-Volunteer to help any underclassman with their homework, every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

-Would help them with their homework (write essays, answer comprehension questions, etc)

-Would help with SAT preparation, through doing practice tests and going through answers.

-Helped an 8 year old girl and 6 year old boy with their reading skills.

-Would spend 2 hours with them every week going over their homework, and also practicing reading and grammar.

-Lead the team in many warm-ups and drills when coaches were unavailable.

-Lead the social media page, and would recruit incoming freshman a long with other students to join the team.

-Would organize rides to games and practices, a long with organizing team bonding dinners, and matches.

-Helped girls ages 6-12 become more in-touch with their culture and religion.

-Helped them with the learning of the Serbian language and culture, through reading and singing.

-Spent 5 weeks every summer organizing and leading different activities, that would help the youth learn more about their culture, this was done through cooking tradition Serbian meals, playing sports, learning ethnic songs, teaching the Serbian history, sewing, helping take care of animals, etc.

-Every Sunday would help prepare food for parishioners at the church.

-Would help set up and clean up tables, and would pass out food.

-Helped packing up food for parishioners who lived in assisted living, and helped serve it to them.
