- Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and oversight of the organization's quality improvement, staff education, Emergency preparedness plan, and infection control programs, inclusive of all staff.
- Annually evaluates the plan's effectiveness and ensures all required elements of the respective programs are addressed.
- Develops and maintains a Quality Improvement Plan (QAPI) that is developed annually and updated, as needed.
