  • 1. Responsible for transcribing data from incident reports submitted to the ORM by providers support coordination one call and ORM staff into New Jersey incident reporting management system.
  • 2. receive an accurately enter data into NJIRMS which was assigned by from the OR quality, Quality Assurance team and varying formats. Initial incident report forms follow up incident report for narrative sent via email and on-call reports.
