With 3 years of experience in the food industry, I fully believe I can handle anything that gets thrown my way with enough time and effort. I take pride in being a hard worker that delivers high quality product, and I will always be willing to help wherever needed to keep the culinary machine well-oiled. I have a preference for working on the line, as that's where I feel the most comfortable (and helpful), especially on positions such as pantry, assembly, and broil, but I completely understand if I am wanted on another position. I'm well versed in food safety and cook temperatures, and while I'm not the best at being social, I still strive to be a team player and to make friends within the work environment.

  • ~ 3 years experience dish, ~2 1/4 years experience prep, ~1 3/4 years experience line.
  • Managed several line stations (pantry, saute, broil/grill, middle/assembly, fry) during busy periods, sometimes multiple at once, effectively handling multiple orders simultaneously & ensuring all of my food looked presentable and was properly cooked and assembled.
  • Constantly maintained a clean, organized station, regularly rotating my stock and things such as bowls, utensils, etc., to ensure cleanliness and quality.
  • Cleaned and maintained kitchen equipment regularly- the grill, fryers, and flat-top, my work in the dish pit, the industrial slicer, knives, etc.
  • While in the dish pit, I took part in training new employees and worked hard to ensure the dishes came out clean. For my prep work, I did my best to ensure consistency and quality, and made sure things got done in a timely manner so the line did not need to 86 vital menu pieces.
