Assists in performing technical assignments, preparing annual spend plans and fiscal budget execution for the Automotive Instrumentation Division (AID) to include yearly audits from ATEC . Theses duties require the ability to perform independently to execute assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed with an extensive knowledge DA, DD, ATEC, and ATC applications. I manage more than $10M of equipment, control the inventory with 100 percent accuracy, manage all the warehousing for ongoing testing as well as perform quality control. I interface with management, test engineers, technicians and logistical support daily. I am
proficient in logistic management systems to include GFEBS, GCSS-Army, EDICT and TRMS. I am responsible for preparing and executing over 14 service contracts for the entire Automotive Instrumentation Division to include the areas of the Roadway Simulator, Bldg. 436, Dynamometer, and Vibration Facility. I am also responsible for the coordination of all logistics products required to support ATSS events, Operational Tests, and all of Performance Testing. I prepare written plans, reports and schedules that support operational milestones within ATC. Additionally, I develop project plans, outlines and procedures that identify long and short term goals within my organization. As the lead and only Logistics Technician for AID, I am the the sole admin of the Tool Room Management System (TRMS) for AID, I am the primary interface with the Property Book Officer and Primary Hand Receipt Holders, I manage all 4 Primary Hand Receipts in AID, produce sub-hand receipts, turn-in of excess, component listing and schedule and conduct inventories per regulations. Independently and successfully took on the role of Primary Technician during Pandemic for AID Tool Room to include all duties of the Electronics Technician IV assigned to tool Room to include all calibration management for all of AID, calibration runs to TMDE, calibration system updates, maintenance and technical assistance to Engineers and Technicians.
