1. Check Wells & Equipment

• Drive to each well location.

• Read gauges, pressures

• Make sure the well is producing normally.

• Look for leaks, odd noises, or anything unsafe.

2. Record Production

• Measure how many barrels of oil & how much water were produced.

• Enter readings in a laptop for the company.

3. Maintain Equipment

• Check pumps, motors, heaters, separators, and valves.

• Restart equipment if it shuts down.

4. Fix Problems

• Troubleshoot why production dropped.

• Coordinate with Rustabout or electricians if bigger repairs are needed.

5. Ensure Safety & Compliance

• Follow environmental and safety rules.

• Make sure tanks and sites are clean and secure.

• Tag out bad equipment and report anything dangerous.

6. Work With Other Crews

• Coordinate with Rustabout teams, truck haulers, workover rigs, and chemical companies.

• Operate vacuum trucks to load/unload frack tanks, oil vessels, and transport water, including brined water.
• Perform bottom pulls and vacuum operations on pulling units.
• Rig and operate a wide variety of equipment for oilfield operations.
• Assist with cleanup and remediation, including spill response and recovery.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are in proper working order.
• Maintain compliance with company and DOT safety standards.

• Loaded and unloaded trailers using specialized equipment to transfer cement from trailers to cement vessels.
• Transported cement to drilling locations for new wells and plug jobs.
• Maintained accurate driver logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Transported loads cross-country while meeting strict delivery schedules.
• Secured cargo for transportation using straps, blocks, chains, binders, or covers.
• Performed vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment were in proper working order.
