Working in the production line for 20+ years, running lines as a Production Supervisor, Machine Operator, and Quality Assurance.
Then, got promoted to Supervisor while the company was in Reno, NV, and got promoted here in Washington, also.
While in Reno, I helped improve production by more than 90% in both production and quality. I also helped the Team Leaders improve the safety and quality of the vinyl products that are being produced every day.
During that time, also help with the improvement of the 5S, and also help improve the production by implementing a Quick-Change system.
Now in Washington, I am running production lines as a Team Leader and have been involved with the Safety department to help improve the safety of the plant and the safety of the people that I work with.
Then, I got promoted to Supervisor again to help improve production and training with new employees.
OSHA Certified, First Aid Responder.

Supported safety programs to reduce and eliminate employee injuries.
