Help all customers via foot traffic, email or phones on a daily basis

Follow up daily on on sent and received purchase orders.

Follow up with vendors on submitted orders for accurate ETA, negotiate pricing and other factors.

Maintain shipping and receiving of all material at Warehouse.

Order all necessary material to keep inventory updated.

• Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms that contributed to overall cost savings for the organization.
• Presented regular progress updates to senior leadership, highlighting achievements as well as challenges encountered during project execution.
• Daily safety walkthrough reports for jobsites (Warehouses, Fields/Ranches and neutral jobsites)
• Submit payroll/ Crew transfers/ Pay changes
• Process new hire paperwork onboarding process and team training
• Follow proper OSHA, FEMA, EPA and DOJ regulations and relay to staff members daily.
