At my work experience from Capricious Cake Shop they teach how to make frosting and use the scale for sugar and putting frosting on the cake for the filling and cutting block of cream cheese. Poking holes in the cake with a stick for tres leches, pouting milk on the cake, putting empanadas in plastic containers, crushing walnuts in metal tin and crushing crackers in half, refilling cups with whip cream and pouring cupcake batter in the trays.
I have learned several skills during my intern and school courses. I have learn how to use the scale, gather ingredients, use commercial oven, make frosting, decorate cakes and filling on cakes and cupcakes. Also after all the baking, I wash dishes and clean up the area.
My skills are; I'm a punctual person I enjoy my passion for baking and cake decorating I follow instructions
