i have worked in aggregates for about 6 years now, i started as a laborer, over time i learned how to weld, use cutting torches, and running small equipment such as a water truck, skid steers, fork lifts, man lifts. After some time i was able to start operating the crusher, and learning how to maintain the hot plant. i learned how to change bearings, screens, jaws ect. I am a reliable and on time, i am always willing to learn new job duties and new skills. I am open to criticism, on my work performance in order for me to always be better at my job. i get along well with my coworkers, and work my hardest to do my part so the team can get our tasks done.
