• Assist Power Plant Operator In Charge with regular boiler maintenance. This includes:

-Responded quickly to emergency situations such as high pressure alarms or shut downs due to unexpected outages.

-Inspect equipment on daily basis and make monitoring adjustments to maintain system integrity

-Following Lock Out Tag Out procedures for annual boiler inspections

-Monitoring plant trends

-Regular water testing

-Valve positioning/repair
-Troubleshooting alarms

• Emergency Maintenance throughout campus. This includes:

-Buildings with no hot water

-Doors/locks that are not functioning properly

-Rooms with no power

-Refrigeration units out of temperature range

-Responding to fire alarms

• Snow removal utilizing equipment such as Plow Trucks, Kubota Tractors, and a Skid Steer
• Monthly safety checks throughout campus

• Ensure proper resin is in use.
• Make changes to resin(s) as needed
• Die/nip cleans as needed
• Changing air filters
• Taking samples of the product and running various tests to ensure quality of the product is within the customers guidelines.
• Completing size, resin, and mil changeovers
• Achieved and maintained positive attitude during normal and complex challenges.
• Updated product line equipment to meet production needs, resolve problems and maximize quality.
• Packaging and labeling product according to buyers requests.
