Demonstrated strong leadership in overseeing shipping activities at La Porte branch (RHOI) between 2017 and 2021, achieving a consistently high average of 98.7% for monthly shipping average accuracy. Achieved 100% monthly shipping accuracy for two months, and some months, 99% accuracy. Responsible for shipping activities involving company's daily route sales orders, small parcel, LTL freight, and transfers. Also responsible for all load out and pipe department material receiving, locating. Conducted RHOI branch internal audit of warehouse procedures relating to ISO 9001 certification standards. Led warehouse portion of official ISO 9001 recertification audit with successful completion and recertification outcome. Currently working on improving the AM shipping department by training associates using Sonepar shipping standard operating procedures and setting department goals based on current CDC demands and standards.
