We mainly deal with Lumber Estimating project from loose lumber to engineered beam, run full analysis on beams, create detailed material takeoffs with color coded framing layouts to determinded the amount and size of lumber needed to complete a job, our jobs vary from single family jobs to comercial and multi-family job like apartments and town homes. I can make a difference because I am a very responssible and commited individual, strive to make a better job each day, like the long term committment and alway looking forward to do the best i can every day.

• Worked closely with Estimators and Framers as wells as contractors in hard to undestand  situations, handling such tasks as conducting research, fielding phone calls and using estimating sofwares.
• Provided excellent and professional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provided service to store customers in lumber department and help with order delivery in a timely manner.
