In the 32 years I have been employed by the company, I have occupied several positions, including relief person and crew leader. I have also held the position of supervisor over several departments, such as Loinboning and Cryovac, and I have also supervised the Butt line and main break on the Cut floor.

As an FSQA technician, I perform daily audits on products, inspecting to ensure that the product meets customer specifications to minimize or eliminate customer complaints.

Work closely with department managers and lead personnel to help ensure that employees are following the specifications given for each product.

Performed weight checks on the product, and investigated and rechecked all retentions to ensure product weights are within product guidelines.

Monitor GMPs and SSOPs, and also check and review label verifications when necessary.
