• Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), Nicaragua -Developed Public-Private Partnership initiatives and conducted market/financial feasibility analyses for water and sanitation service expansion, focusing on demand stimulation and operator sustainability.
• Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Nicaragua- Market research and financial specialist – Performed demand analysis and assessed feasibility of financial services to support small water and sanitation operators.
• WaterAid (Nicaragua & Colombia)- Led sustainable WASH market development, value chain strengthening, and public-private partnership initiatives. Designed strategies to scale services in rural and small-town contexts through blended finance and results-based approaches.
• Solum International Group (Panamá, Guatemala, Nicaragua)- Provided technical support for product development and new water/sanitation market strategies.

At the Latin American level, supported the overall practice of the WB, with the monitoring of the Bank's Water and Sanitation projects in Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Haiti. Nationally, technical support for the Sustainable Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Project with the Government of Nicaragua

• Supported financial and operational monitoring of rural water supply and sanitation projects in Nicaragua, Honduras, and other countries.
• Provided technical assistance to the Government of Nicaragua on scaling sustainable rural water services, including cost-benefit analysis, performance indicators, and innovative service delivery models.
• Contributed to results-based funding (RBF) model development for presentation to the World Bank investment board.

For the two years, served as a Water and Sanitation Market Specialist (Project Coordinator) supporting to the Government of Nicaragua in the development and testing of an evidence-demand based sanitation approach and new sanitation technology for rural poor households.

• Provided technical assistance to the Government of Nicaragua (GoN) in the development and implementation of strategies and programatic plans to scale water and sanitation services in rural areas and small towns in Nicaragua.
• Helped formulate innovative marketing and communication strategies based on service delivery models run by public, social and private partners in closed alliances, including blended finance in scaling services.
• Helped developed a rural results-based funding (RBF) model to be presented to the investment board of the WBG by the GoN.
• Delivered capacity-building interventions incorporated on the sanitation marketing plan.
• Carried field supervision trips as needed to ensure work plan implementation funded by WBG was progressing.
• Ensured relevant monitoring data was collected from contracted agencies and partners promptly entered in the management information system developed by the WBG.
