Accomplishments

I would say that one huge accomplishment for me going from a cashier at the front end to working my up to becoming a Senior Tech. I remember when the pharmacist started me out as a designated hitter which was to go back and help fill when needing help. And about 3 weeks in she noticed that I would help out at the registers to check out prescriptions and soon would answer the phone just to help with hold times. She pulled me back and told me that she wanted to pay me fairly because of not needing to be asked but just doing what needed to be done. So then I became a technician full time. And then from there I went to get certified and became a senior tech after about a year in to my full time position
