• 2018-2020 Medical Staff President 400+ bed hospital. Leadership during COVID pandemic. Physician wellness efforts. Collaborated with CMO to optimize delivery of care during high COVID impact. Chair of hospital peer review, chair of credentials, Physician quality care committee, performance improvement and professional affairs. Took part in RCAs and other quality measures. Dealt with medical staff disciplinary issues in Served as liaison between medical staff, hospital administration and nursing. Conducted training and ran multiple meetings. Served on Governing Board of Shady Grove Medical Center.
