I'm a dedicated CMT who has proudly been employed at EW Thompson for quite some time. I've excelled in enhancing patient care quality through meticulous medication administration while upholding HIPAA standards and providing any cares necessary. Renowned for respectful patient interactions, reliability and a commitment to continual improvement. I provide both direct patient care and administer medications. I'm committed to obtaining the highest level of resident satisfaction regardless what extents I have to take to do so. I thrive to develop trust and provide support to patients and maintain strong relationships while also being an advocate for my residents as well. I make a point to maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, co workers, families and other healthcare professionals in which I come into contact with.
