Working in the movie theater, letting managers know that I wanted to learn as many positions within the company, so I can do shift coverage for any position they needed me in. I got to learn multiple potions in multiple stores. I then decided I wanted to work somewhere that would be more physical so a friend referred me to work at prospect. 3 Months working as a PSA (Passenger Service Assistant) assisting passengers from multiple airlines, I got promoted as a supervisor and I'm leading my team of employees to the right direction of how to treat passengers, and what's the best way to go about Certain situations, I make sure they know I'm here to help them.
As a supervisor I now get to make certain decisions without having to ask. Me and Paul (other supervisor) made a decision to help other airline we weren't under a contract with, they told us they had 30 passengers, I told them we're not under a contract with them but I'll personally head over there and help with another person since had other flights as well, when the plane got here it was a little crazy but me and Paul assisted the veterans, and gave them all chairs, I told Paul and another PSA to take a picture of every single one of the passengers boarding passes or if they don't have it to write their name down so it's proof that we assisted the passengers that day.
