Answer calls in call center. Work directly with doctors, patients, caregivers and insurance companies. Take orders for Enteral, Ostomy, Urological, Wound and Incontinence supplies. Update patient insurance account information. Make sure all authorizations from insurance companies are on file.
Supervise and maintain the Claims Department for Walmart. Process all store claims. Ensure that the store is in compliance with state and federal laws. Leading 7 departments in successfully stocking inventory and enabling the proper organization of merchandise in the back room. Preforming proper price changes, as well as, delegating associates to perform these tasks.
Responsible for all DLS Worldwide Burbank stations LTL shipments. Booking all ltl shipments, tracking over a 100 shipments daily, problem solving, make sure that all ltl shipments get picked up and delivered in a timely manner.
