• Liaised with casting directors, producers, actors and actors' managers to schedule talent auditions and bookings for the promo, animation, and video game departments.

• Sent, listened to and collected auditions from a roster of over 200 actors.

• Read through and prepped scripts for head agent, tracked scripts and session dates, managed

contracts, tax paperwork and assisted with the invoicing process.

• Read and directed talent in Atlas' in house recording booth.

• Directly supports Cast on and off set and responsible for transporting cast and crew to and from set in 15 passenger vans.

• Responsible for completing runs efficiently, handling the p-card responsibly, maintaining receipt

documentation, and locating obscure items on runs for talent.

• Overnight PA responsible for assisting talent with any requests they may have and driving talent to set in the morning.

• Collaborated with set designer to design and dress set and ran errands to obtain props outlined in script.

• Responsible for assembling furniture, painting set pieces, and keeping track of props needed for each scene.

• Assisted in the CBS Broadcast Center, where I assisted the President and VP of CBS, and departments such as: Casting, Comedy, Drama, and Current Programming.

• Checked in VIP guests for pitch meetings, booked conference rooms, managed calendars, rolled calls, and collected cuts from each production.

• In charge of audience coordination for many shows at CBS including: The Late Late Show with

James Corden, The Price is Right, Dancing With The Stars, American Idol, Martha and Snoop, etc.

• Promoted to Head Page, delegated responsibilities among pages and provided training and counsel

• Worked with members of production and audience companies to ensure that tapings ran

smoothly.
