Checked patients into the unit. Assisted nurses by providing baby baths! Responded to call lights and conducted hearing screenings.

• While working at stories I help a lot of customers order what drinks they would like the best.
• To do this I listen to the customer, provide essential feedback, and specifically place their order.
• Sometimes people receive the wrong drink and we try and understand and fix it with a smile the best we can.

• Currently at Midwest Puppy I help out by keeping things clean, making sure the dogs are up to date on their records, and being flexible to work where needed.

• I typically worked on the rehab side but sometimes I also worked on the long term side.
• I helped residents get ready for the day, perform personal hygiene, eat, shower, and more.
• I have used a stand aid, a sit to stand, and a total lift.
• I love working with the residents and getting to know them.
• My favorite part, though bittersweet, about the rehabilitation side is when the residents complete rehab and are ready to leave.

• During this time working at Midwest Puppy I would be in frequent contact with the new puppy family's by answering their questions, sending updated photos, and being there for what they needed.
• I also cleaned, organized, and took care of the older dogs needs.

• While working at Scooters coffee I would open the coffee shop, make and serve drinks and jump in where needed.
• Making sure costumers received their drinks made correctly and timely was important not only to the owners but to me as well.
