Members of the Outside Service Team are responsible for assuring exceptional service for our guests. Outside Service Team Members give a positive impression of the golf course, as well as contributing to maintaining a functional course through guest assistance, cleaning of golf carts, and other tasks.

• Meets and greets all guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Communicates with guests in a clear manner that assists guests in playing the course.
• Wash and clean carts, ensuring that the carts are in excellent working conditions.
• Ensure that all carts are brought back, and are stored and charged in the cart barn.
• Inspect all carts and equipment to detect wear and damage to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order.
• Assist guests with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts.
• Other duties assigned by manager.

• Cleaned shop.
• Answered phones.
• Assisted employees with anything that they needed help with.
• Took inventory.
• Trained and learned how to mount and dismount tires, how to do a rotation, add air to tires that were low.
• Learned the basics of auto motives and their functions.
