Summary

As a seasoned Infantry Squad Leader with the United States Marine Corps, I excelled in team leadership and critical thinking, enhancing unit performance through innovative training methods. My adeptness in managing logistical requirements and fostering team cohesion significantly contributed to our operational success, showcasing my ability to lead and communicate effectively under pressure.

During a major training exercise all electronic systems used to gather targeting data failed on us. I was tasked with picking up all slack using analog systems to continue and process the mission. Single handedly processed and disseminated information required to complete the mission. Despite the dire situation I was able to calmly, proficiently, and timely execute the mission at hand.

While working with adjacent units the supervisor in charge of my unit was unable to perform his duties and I was tasked to fill in and execute higher responsibilities. I led training and completed a live range, commanding 25 Marines and Sailors, while still supporting our adjacent units. I ensured the safety and professional conduct of my unit, leading to our adjacent units exalting us for our professionalism and conduct.
