I was supervising and taking care of children and guiding campers, typically in a recreational or educational setting such as a summer camp. My primary role is to ensure the safety and well-being of campers while organizing and leading various activities, such as games, crafts, and outdoor adventures. I also play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive camp environment, encouraging social interaction, teamwork, and personal growth among the campers. Additionally, I also address conflicts, and serve as positive role models for the campers. Overall, I strive to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for campers while promoting a sense of community and learning.
