- Asses, identify, and discuss areas for improvement and environment risk and develop proactive interventions to mitigate potential barriers to program stability.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees with a positive supports training ideology.
- Educate staff members by one-on-one and/or team training to facilitate and maintain high quality service delivery for program constituents.
- Establish performance goals for employees and provide feedback on methods for reaching those milestones.
