I am part of a team of dedicated instructors that teach kids how to skateboard and allow them supervised time to practice their skills. We teach private lessons and also groups of up to 20 kids. Our students are between the ages of 5 and 13 and we start with the fundamentals like proper foot placement, pushing, turning, etc. We offer more advanced instructions for our riders who learn fast or have previous experience. We foster a safe environment for our young skateboarders to learn new techniques, express themselves, and meet new friends.
I was responsible for driving my own vehicle to customer's chosen grocery stores, picking items from store shelves and packing them into bags or boxes before delivering them to customers. I maintained a 5-star rating by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
I worked the floor at a retail shop called Aviator Nation. We sold a mix of surf, skate and 70’s vintage themed clothing. My job was to greet customers, provide product knowledge, ring up customers and keep our place of business clean. I also assisted with managerial tasks like receiving/entering shipments, merchandising the sales floor, changing mannequins, cash deposits, training new employees, etc
I was a valet 4 days a week in the evening for Pristine Parking. I worked for various accounts around San Francisco like Bobos, Foreign Cinema, Ozumo, Angler, Saigon, etc. I was responsible for greeting and assisting guests, issuing tickets, charging a fee if need be, and returning their car after they eat dinner.
I provided support as a member of the Front End team which included assisting customers during the checkout process, performing all cash register functions, bagging groceries, and working at the customer service desk on occasion. In addition, I maintained attractive Customer Service displays and supported the regional Customer Service vision. We ensured a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members
