Passionate about my overall health and wellbeing, and that of my family, through various activities beginning with the reading and studying of God's Word using various scholarly sources, coupled along with various physical activities such as running, strength training, hiking, pickle ball, and swimming
I love spending time with my family, whether it be sitting around the coffee table in our living room and having conversations, traveling, or watching a movie together
I also highly enjoy reading autobiographies and watching documentaries of elite performers (athletes, musicians, actors/actresses, etc) that have had to overcome major obstacles on their way to becoming successful with what they were passionate about
