Julian Vazquez

I am more than eager to progress towards Deck Lead here at Premier Swim Academy. I'm a dedicated swim instructor experienced in teaching swimmers at all levels and am genuinely enthusiastic about helping others in the most enjoyable experiences. I've been here for 16 months now, creating friendships with both coworkers and students, but still prioritizing the safety and swimming abilities of students, earning multiple praises from various parents and swimmers. I have also inquired as much as possible over the responsibilities of the Deck Lead position, even spending extra time before my shift and my first class standing on deck and observing what is required as Deck Lead. I believe I have garnered well enough experience in oversight and leadership through limited activities within highschool, leading committees and sports teams, to prepare me for this promotion and am more than ready for the next step in being as useful to both the students and Premier itself as I can be.

• Won 1st place trophies in soccer, which demonstrates that I know how to be a team player.
• Won first place in a poem contest in my school, showing that I have complex comprehension and put in effort.
• Earned AP Scholar Award for passing 3 AP exams
