• Oversee the marketing and business development strategies and initiatives for the firm’s priority cross-practice sector teams which included: Agribusiness & Food, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Sports & Entertainment, Retail, and Hotels & Hospitality

• Served as Marketing and Business Development lead for five offices which comprised 40% of the firm’s 1,000 attorneys.
• Collaborated with the office managing partners, practice group leaders, relationship lawyers and other firm leaders to identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Developed and managed marketing budgets for the regional offices and assisted the CMO, COO and CFO in preparation and monitoring of the firmwide marketing budget.

• Oversaw marketing and business development activities in the St. Louis, Kansas City, Chicago and Jefferson City offices and served as the firmwide marketing contact for the following practice groups: Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions; Real Estate; Labor and Employment; Environmental; Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation; and the Technology, Entrepreneurial and Commercial Practice.

• Provided leadership and direction to the 501c(3), 501c(4) and Political Action Committee of Missouri’s statewide LGBTQ advocacy organization.
• Managed all activities of the organization in keeping with the mission, vision and core values.
