- Manage 30-60 member and/or provider relations inquiries per day
- Provide ongoing case management & supportive counseling to those in need
- Conduct interviews with customers to assess their needs
- Help customers apply for and maintain eligibility for county programs
- Handle Provider Relations calls and inquiries in addition to customer inquiries
- Assist customers in navigating housing, legal services and public benefits to gain access to valuable resources
- Refer customers to appropriate team members, community agencies and organizations to meet all needs assessed
- Provided leadership, guidance and support to staff members
