• Implemented Baltimore City Public School core curriculum for English, mathematics, social studies, health, and science for second-grade students

• Coordinated, managed and opened five new store construction projects in 12 months, on-time, and within targeted budget goals

• Facilitated positive redirection of three underperforming stores in College Park, MD, Alexandria, VA, and Timonium, MD by garnering positive sales growth of over 12%, decreasing labor by 3%, and receiving above average employee satisfaction surveys
• Provided leadership, intra-store coordination and support for external and internal events such as DC Green Fest and The Sweet Life Festival
