
I served 40 years of overall experience as a Civil Servant with the Internal Revenue Service.
In that time I served as an encouraging manager and analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating, as well as excellent customer relations and relationship-building skills. I am proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company success. I have extensive experience with customer relations with both internal and external customers such as taxpayer relations, government agencies within and outside of the IRS as well as community outreach.
