I have a strong sense of community and its members, my neighbors welfare. I was on the founding Whetstone Community Planning and Zoning Committee. I am also a County voting volunteer. I find and donate unwanted vehicles to the Whetstone Fire Dept to be used for the 'Jaws of Life' victim extraction training program. I also collect wooden frames from Sierra Cycles to be dismantled and distributed to those in need of firewood to heat their homes during the coldest months of winter. I do this on my own time and expense. I won't accept compensation for my efforts. The heartfelt smiles of gratitude and appreciation is repayment aplenty.
