
Experienced aviation operations leader overseeing ramp, warehouse, import/export traffic, and customer service functions within a high‑volume international cargo environment. Responsible for directing daily aircraft and cargo operations, managing multi‑vendor performance, and ensuring full compliance with CBP, TSA, FAA, MDAD, and Atlas Air regulatory standards. Skilled in coordinating with Tech Ops, Flight Ops, Network Control, and the Atlas SRC team to maintain operational integrity and protect on‑time performance. • Lead daily ramp, warehouse, and cargo traffic operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft handling, cargo build‑up/breakdown, and import/export processing.
• Direct station performance as on‑shift Station Boss, making real‑time operational decisions to protect OTP, minimize controllable delays, and maintain network reliability.
• Coordinate closely with Flight Operations, Tech Ops, and Network Control to prevent operational disruptions and maintain aircraft readiness.
• Manage multiple third‑party vendors supporting ramp, warehouse, GSE, and cargo operations; enforce service-level standards, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as primary liaison with MDAD, including airside operations, security, and cargo facility management, ensuring full compliance with airport rules and the MDAD Corporate Security Plan.
• Maintain strong working relationships with CBP, TSA, FAA, USDA, and other federal agencies to ensure regulatory compliance for cargo, aircraft, personnel, and security operations.
• Collaborate with the Atlas SRC department to uphold station compliance with internal audits, regulatory requirements, and corrective action programs.
• Oversee ULD control for the MIA station, ensuring accurate inventory, damage reporting, and timely inbound/outbound movements to support flight schedules.
• Serve as an Authorized Signatory for Atlas Air, managing employee and vendor badge processing, renewals, and documentation to meet MDAD security requirements.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Dangerous Goods, cargo security, OSHA, and airport safety standards across all operational areas.
• Oversee customer service functions to ensure professional, timely, and accurate support for customers, forwarders, and partners.
• Track and analyze station performance metrics, including OTP, cargo throughput, vendor performance, and safety indicators; prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support personnel oversight, including training compliance, qualification tracking, shift coordination, and operational readiness for ramp, warehouse, and traffic teams.
• Lead operational quality assurance efforts, resolving escalated service issues and implementing process improvements to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.
