- perform blow downs and confirm line is internally clean using borescope if needed.

- call QC to inspect flanges and get them repaired as needed, reinstate using new gaskets, torque according to specs, call QC to inspect final torque and sell final.
- final walk line to inspect valves are installed correctly as per gaskets, bolts , according to isos and p&ids.
