• Provide mental and emotional support, when as needed as I work with elderly people. Try to lift their spirits and always try to do small details, like rearrange their rooms, or kitchen for better comfortability so they can feel more reaxled, less anxious.
• Take the patient, or patients to their scheduled Dr's appointments, and to the pharmacy to get their medications, or just errands around the town as they need to.
• Help my patient move around the house, assist in getting dressed, bathed. Make sure they take their medication as prompted.
• Improve patient satisfaction by promptly addressing, and resolving service issues with their personal physicians.
• Maintain a strong relationship with my patient, for her to feel comfortable, and confident about myself meeting her required needs

● Provided an excellent customer experience, and theater cleanliness. Always made sure the costumers got to their movie, carefully by opening doors for them and helping them walk through the dark setting of a theater.

● Cleaned the theater hall after a movie was finished, as well as any accidents the kids might've caused.
