  • Assume the full operational responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor in the absence of the Wastewater Treatment Supervisor.
  • Review laboratory data and recommend and/or make process control decisions.
  • Worked in a lead capacity for A crew, reviewing work orders, timecards, training, and assisting in troubleshooting various equipment and processes.
  • Generate material request for crew tools following county procedures.
  • Created individual development plans for junior crew members.
  • Participated on several review and hiring panels for plant wide positions. Including job progression for WTD O&M.
  • Participate in labor negotiations, labor management committee, and grievance hearings.

  • Review plans, designs, RFIs as well as plan, coordinate, and facilitate the replacement of the digester low pressure gas pipe. This includes the rerouting of miscellaneous water and air lines and shutdown of major process equipment. Operation guidelines and pipe configurations provide to Senior level operations.
  • Review pre-design plans for pilot microturbine project and provide operation feedback for engineer team.
  • Assist construction management with the coordination and planning of installing several new VFD’s.
  • Prepared technical operation documents for onsite mobile waste gas flare for compliance with PSCAA permit.
