A QIDP is responsible for putting together reports every 3 months(POS) and one report annually(ISP). This is to keep track of the individual's health, support plan, medication and any other changes that might have occurred during that time span. A QIDP is also responsible for coordinating any trips off grounds for the individuals.
  • Furthermore, QIDP also goes shopping for the individuals if they make any request, plan celebrations, family gatherings, etc.
