Producing mood boards to share concepts for the hair and makeup team, creating outfit lists to guide the stylist with information such as measurements, style concepts, and possible last-minute adjustments.

Checking in packages, filing invoices, shooting expenses, organizing the calendar for deadlines, and tracking purchase orders.

Emailing PR agencies, independent designers, coordinating pickups, and various product sourcing through in-store and online purchasing.

On-set

Managed fittings, alterations, wardrobe, and accessory organization. Steamed garments as necessary prior to shoots.

Tasked with drafting the final credits for the editorial.
