Julliet Weathers Kelly

Originally from Chicago, I am a young, mature black mom to three wonderful kids. My family has been in Fort Wayne 10 years. With over 18 years of work experience, I've worked retail, insurance, sales, and pharmacy. Every position has had it's share of good, bad, and ugly. Each job I've held has been fast paced with high levels of stress. Over the years there are a few ways I've managed to make myself better without burn out. I've been able to grow over the years by mastering the ability to multitask while maintaining patience. I've learned to put myself in the shoes of the customer in an attempt to understand how they feel. That's how I've been able to give the experience possible. When dealing with the concerns of others you absolutely must care for other people. Compassion helps to build strong relationships which con tribute to a company being their best.
