  • Take full ownership of marine administrative tasks, including coordination of inbound/outbound pilot, arrival notices, issuance and receipt of Notices of Readiness (NORs), mooring arrangements, calculate flared energy, generate a certificate of analysis report (COA) and management of the Custody Transfer Measurement System (CTMS)
  • Assumed the role of Person In Charge/Loading Master (Coordinate loading operations between the vessel and terminal, spot the vessel, operate the gangway, connect umbilical cord, conduct pre/post - transfer meetings, test ESD systems, coordinate start-up, cool-down, ramp-up/ramp down phases, monitor flow rates(Vapor & Liquid), tank levels, and pressure, communications liaison between vessel and terminal, manage all cargo documentation including SSCL, DOS, DOI, ISGOTT, CTMS, NOR.
  • Assumed the role of Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) (oversee the DOS and ensure compliance with CFR 105/127 to protect the facility, personnel, and operations during critical phases such as LNG ship berthing and cargo handling.
