  • I maintained supervisory oversight of approximately 40 department personnel that included company officers, engineers and firefighters. I evaluated, coached, praised, and disciplined subordinate department members. I implemented administrative directives through assigned department channels.
  • I managed, supervised and participated in department programs as assigned by the Deputy Fire Chief. I also set operational direction for department members and provided needed communication flow within the organization. I drove and operated emergency response vehicles, as needed, to respond to emergencies.
