Served as a Program Director, Project Manager, and Branch Chief for multiple programs of records throughout the Department of Defense and Special Operations Command.

• Oversaw all aspects of Special Operations Command Foreign Material Program, Identity Intelligence Operations, and Document and Media Exploitation 
• Managed a program budget of $100M and a team of 130 personnel across the globe  
• Developed strategic plans, set program goals, and drove execution to achieve targets
• Fostered a culture of collaboration, innovation, and commitment to multiple mission sets
• Recruited, trained, and mentored high-performing staff across multiple disciplines

Served as Senior Staff Officer and Planner responsible for creating detailed plans by conducting mission analysis, defining tasks, developing concepts of operations, and allocating resources.  

• Led and collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop operational concepts for senior-leader decision makers
• Executed the Joint Planning Process as a core member of an operational planning team
