Manage the On Premise sales team as well as a small format route for the Winchester branch of Virginia Eagle distribution.

Oversee the sales team that has almost 500 accounts. The following are the responsibilities for the position:

• Making sure the team hits all there sales goals and monthly objectives
• Communicate all chain planners to the team, follow up that planners are executed
• Maintain great business relationships with all customers
• Handling sensitive issues and or misunderstandings that may occur
• Analyze data to help team complete goals and drive sales
• Create goals for the team to complete
• Manage and order on premise materials such as tap handles, draft equipment, pos, draft parts, Etc.
• Draft tech: Being able to troubleshoot and repair draft equipment in the market or direct the customer to the correct people to help with there issues
• Cover sales routes PTO and call outs along with CDL A driver routes and assisting CDL A routes
• Cover voids with other teams within our location
• Pick up product from other locations when needed or transport product to other locations
• Inventory management keep track of sales and request additional inventory for fast moving items
• Assist with special events planning, setting up and breaking down equipment, cleaning and repairing equipment, scheduling events and allocation of needed equipment
• Allocate materials used for customer appreciating
• Turn in expense report on time and supply all receipts required as well as keep expense within a monthly budget
• Hot shot product during the week and sometimes weekends
• Heavy lifting anywhere between 50 lbs to 160 lbs
• Employee reviews and discipline
• Handling of company sensitive documents
• Complete yearly trainings and make sure team completes theirs as well and on time
• Hold employees and customers accountable to comply with company polices and delivery schedule adherence
• Responsible for following up with non buy accounts
• Opening new accounts, closing inactive accounts
• Check ABC licenses are up to date and posted in accounts

• Building and maintaining relationships with retailer management, also merchandising and stocking products in grocery and convenience stores
• Gain floor space and build displays, orchestrate a delivery and merchandising team
• Manage product inventories, discuss and sell in programs directly to the customer
• Educate the customers of new products and discus proper items for their demographic
• Write product orders depending on store needs

• Manage a large heard of cattle including: Feeding, well-being of the animals, moving cattle between farms and stock sale
