• Created numerous informative videos with firm owner, such as bankruptcy in chapter 7/13 and steps to make a claim after an accident.
• In addition, I created short videos of each employee in the five offices for Facebook and Instagram.
• Contributed to the success of company progression by attending four Business Networking International group meetings to showcase Dellutri Law Group.
• I interacted with as many people as possible to get references and potentially new customers.
• I gave a presentation about the Dellutri Law Group and answered questions for approximately 50 attendees at each meeting.

• While at the hospital, the doctor will inform the person that if they would like to make a personal injury case to contact the Dellutri Law Group.
• The feedback helped the firm to adjust the approach used in acquiring the customers.
• Managed podcasts for Dellutri Law Group which included vital information to educate customers.
• In one podcast I brought in one of our personal injury attorneys to go over the steps a victim of an accident would need to follow to make a claim and receive the money needed to pay for the injuries.
• Tasked with implementing a passion project.
• I organized a blood drive with 100% employee participation and increased community commitment of the Dellutri Law Group.
• I wrote blogs, Facebook/Instagram posts for each attorney and chosen charity contributions.
• I encouraged each attorney to allocate volunteer time to improve the image of the law firm and promote community awareness.
• Helped design website blog and sent marketing emails to target population.

• Main aspects included assigning and overseeing work of the workers as well as helping complete tasks assigned, as well as, Coordinating our work around the golfers to keep the course enjoyable and playable.

• Learning to communicate our schedule and changes throughout the day to workers with a language barrier, it was my role to assign work tasks to all maintenance team members and ensure quality performance on all issues.
• I was also responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service with the golf members.
• Communication is key with constant interaction with co-workers, other supervisors, and golfers.

As a Lacrosse player myself, I love the game and enjoy teaching it to younger athletes. I had the honor of helping 8 and 9-year olds connect with the fundamentals, the rules, and understand what good sportsmanship means. Each child learns differently so I had to learn to adjust my method of teaching when needed.
